    1. Dear Anita. Yes to all you wrote, and the actual scenario is… I find dis-equilibrium and then equanimity finds me, when I don’t try to fight the difficult feelings. Traveling alone, as usual, for me has both advantages and disadvantages, not going to try to sugar-coat it, but the advantages are definitely a freedom to talk to anyone I want to whenever I want to, which I enjoy a lot.
